Christine Grammier, Marketing Evolution’s COO, led an interactive session to end the day. She kicked off the discussion by sharing some internal insights about who Marketing Evolution is at our core (e.g. Test & Learn and Nothing is Impossible) and one of our overarching 2015 goals, “utilizing the power of our network, we’ve been focused on how we can improve the flow of data to and from our network.”

Many of you, our clients, are already benefiting from the 2015 improvements in our software platform. However, if these are new to you, your AVPs and Customer Success teams will be working over the coming months to roll them out for you. According to Christine, in 2015 “we’re consistently finding 30-40% upsides across a combination of creative, media, and flighting in recent client work.”

The following are the improvements made to our software in 2015:

  1. RT-CMO: Real Time – Creative and Media Optimization
  2. Spatiotemporal Data Integrations
  3. Improved speed of in-campaign insights
  4. Flighting and Laydown Optimizations
  5. Scaled integration with LiveRamp

We will be reviewing the list of suggested improvements to our software and will prioritize the items that keep us at the ‘tip of the spear’ (another one of our core ME attributes).

The following, sorted in descending order of votes garnered by clients in attendance, are the suggested improvements to be made to our software in 2016:

  1. Eco-System Integration – integrate with buying platforms
  2. New Media – continue expanding our capabilities in areas such as email, direct mail, and search (e.g. improved understanding of exposure over time, by message)
  3. More & Easier data integration
  4. Improved Software Visualizations
  5. Continued Improvement on Speed of Insights

Does something stand out as a need for your business that you aren’t already receiving or see in the above roadmap? If so, reach out to your client success lead or Christine Grammier directly at Christine.Grammier@MarketingEvolution.com. We’d love to hear your thoughts as we continuously evolve.
