This whitepaper features a joint study conducted by Marketing Evolution and the ANA, aiming to provide an in-depth examination of how marketing decision-makers are using technology to improve their brand outcomes. The study analyzed survey data from eighty-two senior marketers on current and future marketing technology adoption and found that marketers are currently relying on technology to help get the most of out constrained resources, and to develop a competitive advantage in the marketplace. Moving forward, marketers said they would spend almost 55% of any available incremental technology budget in three areas:

  2. Marketing performance dashboards
  3. Marketing knowledge management and best practice systems
