Pete FrendPete Frend, President and COO

Mr. Frend is currently the President and Chief Operating Officer at Marketing Evolution, where he oversees all of the firm's services and operations in executing work for a broad array of Fortune 500 clients. Mr. Frend was formerly a partner at Oliver Wyman, where he spent 16 years and was part of that firm's Communications, Information & Entertainment practice. Over the course of his career, his work has spanned a broad range of industries, including information technology, telecommunications, media and entertainment, professional services and transportation. Mr. Frend holds a B.A. (magna cum laude) in economics from Princeton University.

Sue DavidsonSue Davidson, Executive Vice President, Managing Director

As Executive Vice President, Managing Director, Ms. Davidson leads Marketing Evolution’s New York Office where she specializes in using data-driven insights to help clients formulate strategic plans and marketing campaigns according to their business goals, audience, and brand. Her expertise spans business strategy, emerging technology and consumer trends, customer research, and the evaluation of marketing program performance across channels.
 
Ms. Davidson has been employed by both creative and media agencies to work across both traditional and emerging/digital media.  She has partnered with clients in many industries including Automotive (GM, Audi, Hertz), Telecom (AT&T, Qualcomm), Technology (Dell, Microsoft), Financial Services (Citigroup), Pharma/Medical (Pfizer, J&J, Cypher, Depuis), Retail (Target), Services (Monster.com, FedEx, XM Radio), and Consumer  Package Goods (Splenda, BudLight).
 
Ms. Davidson holds an M.B.A. in Strategy and Marketing from MIT’s Sloan School of Management and an M.S. in Behavioral Biology from the University of Maryland.

Christine GrammierAlexander Ouvaroff, Executive Vice President, Client Service Director

Known as being one of the more respected and emergent executives in his field, Alexander Ouvaroff has over 18 years in both traditional and digital communications. He has overseen development for some of the world's largest brands such as Coca-Cola, Nestle, Red Bull and Microsoft. Alexander worked several years with McCann Erickson Worldwide throughout Russia, Switzerland and Austria then dedicated three years to partnering in his own agency, Lunch Advertising, where his innovative leadership endowed Lunch Advertising with the Red Bull Communication Assignment and $65Million in billings by the 2nd quarter of the first year. These accomplishments not only landed Alexander and his partners on the cover of AdWeek but also led to the successful acquisition of the company by Kastner & Partners in 2003.

With astute trend foresight, Alexander made the move to digital media realm in 2002 taking positions with MRM Interactive in 2004 and WhittmanHart Interactive in 2008. He managed and grew all business, fiscal and operational aspects of these high profile digital shops.

As Executive Vice President, Client Service Director at Marketing Evolution Alexander leads with the philosophy of nurturing an idea culture focused on the integration and effectiveness across traditional, digital and nontraditional platforms.

After graduating with honors in Business Administration from The University of London, Alexander was 1 of only 7 applicants recruited from a field of 4,000 to become a member of the Graduate trainee program at Bates Dorland. Alexander also represented his country in rowing on the 1998 British Olympic Squad.

Christine GrammierAmy Mitchell , Executive Vice President,  Managing Director

Amy is currently the Executive Vice President,  Managing Director of the Los Angeles office. She is responsible for overseeing our West Coast operations, client services, and business development. Prior to Marketing Evolution, Amy has spent the last 15 years leading integrated marketing and brand strategy for Fortune 500 clients across Telecommunications, Technology, Media and Entertainment, Retail, and Manufacturing domestically and abroad. She has worked in London, Boston, NYC, and Los Angeles at advertising agencies, such as: Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide, McCann Erickson, and TBWA/Chiat Day. She has led cross-channel, multi-disciplinary teams that have gone on to achieve over 10 highly coveted industry awards for outstanding marketing effectiveness and best-all-around creative campaigns. She has been integral in several marketing “firsts,” from helping to launch new products that transformed consumer behaviors to transforming large global marketing infrastructures to designing and implementing customized operating models that deliver marketing best practices.

Christine GrammierChristine Grammier, Vice President

Mrs. Grammier was one of the founding employees of Marketing Evolution. Since Christine’s initial role as a Research Manager she has executed complex tracking and cross-media studies in a broad range of categories including Pharmaceutical, Retail, Entertainment, and Consumer Package Goods.

As Vice President of Research, Mrs. Grammier specializes in managing and designing large complex Brand Tracking, Sales Analysis and ROMO studies; she has led projects in North America, Europe and Asia. Christine has also been requested to speak at large marketing conferences throughout the country, focusing her presentations on Marketing Evolution's research methodology.
